Capture.Flix LLC – Terms of Service

Photos. All photos are owned by Capture.Flix LLC and protected by copyright. You may view and share links to these galleries. You may not download, screenshot, copy, edit, crop out watermarks, resell, or use any photo for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchases. Any prints or downloads you buy are for personal use only. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license. It does not transfer copyright and does not allow resale or commercial use.

No affiliation. Capture.Flix is an independent photographer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any school, league, team, or the IHSA. School and team names are used only to organize galleries.

Photo removal. Any player, parent, guardian, or school can ask us to remove a photo. Email privacy@capture-flix.com with the gallery link or the school, game, and jersey number. We hide the photo within 24 hours and confirm within 48 hours.

No facial recognition. We do not use facial recognition or collect biometric data. Galleries are organized by school, game, and jersey number only.

Liability. Galleries are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Capture.Flix LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for any purchase.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law. Illinois law governs these terms.
