Capture.Flix LLC – Privacy Policy

What we collect. If you contact us or make a purchase, we receive your name, email, and order details. This gallery platform also collects basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies needed for the site to work. Payments are handled by the platform's payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.

What we don't collect. We do not use facial recognition and do not collect biometric data. We do not collect dates of birth.

How we use it. To deliver orders, answer questions, handle photo removal requests, and keep the site secure. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the galleries, take payment, and fulfill orders, or when the law requires it. We do not give information to schools, leagues, or advertisers.

Minors. Galleries may show student-athletes. We never sell minors' information or use it for advertising. Purchases and requests must be made by an adult. Parents and guardians can ask us to remove photos or delete information at any time.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for orders, legal, and tax purposes. Then it is deleted.

Your requests. Email privacy@capture-flix.com to see, correct, or delete your information, or to remove a photo. We reply within 30 days. Photo removals are handled within 48 hours.
